ProAlert · OEE Sandbox
A shift is made of runs. Each run carries its own OEE; the shift totals the parts rather than averaging the percentages, so a twelve-minute trial lot cannot distort the day the way a four-hour run does.
Every percentage on this page is read against its world-class target: 94% availability, 92% performance and 98% quality, which multiply out to 85% OEE. At or above target is shown in green, below it in rose.

Advance at your own pace. Arrow keys also step the walkthrough, and Escape closes it. On a phone the timeline is readable but too fine for accurate touch input, so use the walkthrough here and open the sandbox on a tablet or desktop to edit it directly.
