ProAlert Core User Guides

Reference documentation for ProAlert Core features and modules

ProAlert

Select a guide below. Each page covers one module or feature area of ProAlert Core.

ProAlert Core is a single-database operations platform, so the modules documented here are not separate products sitting beside each other. A downtime event raised on the floor becomes a gap on the daily board, a problem with an owner, and a maintenance work order against the same asset record, without anything being re-keyed or synchronised between systems. The guides are written in that order: read the overview for a module first to understand what the module is for, then the user guide for the screens and the daily routine.

These pages are reference documentation for people already running ProAlert. If you are evaluating the platform rather than using it, the feature catalogue and the platform overview on the main site are the better starting point. Each guide carries a document number in its footer so a printed copy on the plant floor can be matched back to a revision.

A-FMDS: Automated Floor Management Development System

New to A-FMDS?

Start with the System Overview. It explains why the Automated Floor Management Development System exists, how the core loop works, what each entity (Target, Gap, Problem, Action) means, and which detectors raise a gap. The User Guide assumes you know those concepts.
